We onboarded with NetWize a few months ago and it has hands down been the best experience ever. We have used other managed IT providers in Utah, and NetWize is by far the BEST MSP in Salt Lake City, Utah. We didn’t realize how far out of compliance we were on our security with our previous IT providers, but NetWize was able to come in and audit our environment, do a deep dive with us, and improve our security posture right out of the gate. We really loved our onboarding experience with them, as they were so detailed in their discovery of our business, and they focused on how they could enable IT to help our business be more efficient, instead of just focusing on the break/fix issues alone. Every single one of my coworkers enjoys the interaction with the NetWize team. Each team member is so polite and patient with us, and we learn so much as they work with us.
